The know-how acquired throughout the years makes of Robert Renaud SA a high quality partner. Our specialty is to provide you a custom spindle, and our flexibility also allows, if desired, to adapt or modify all standard spindles according to your wishes.

From its conception, our engineering and design department will seek to ensure all the required performances, set the high tolerances of dimension and shape necessary for proper functioning and longevity of the spindle, the necessary security coefficients, and establish the analysis of the eigenmodes of the spindle, thus ensuring optimum utilization throughout the speed range.

To ensure compliance with high manufacturing tolerances - dimensional or forms in the scale of the micrometer - vibrations analysis, noise measurement, analysis of rotational frequency, thermal expansion, Robert Renaud SA has given itself the means of control in line with its requirements for the development of new prototypes and spindles as well as for controls during manufacturing.

Any new spindle will have undergone all controls necessary to proper functioning. All these controls will be recorded in a test protocol that will be delivered to the customer together with their spindle and saved on our computer network. These protocols can be viewed on our extranet myRenaud, if desired. Username and password will be allocated on demand, allowing you to view or save all your test protocols for new or repaired spindles.
